Upon entering into an exclusive agreement, you engage One Realty to be your representative in marketing and promoting your property for sale or rent. We will do the following:

Prepare a “listing” containing relevant information about your property and circulate this information to other real estate brokerage companies that can assist in finding a qualified buyer/tenant.

Act as your advocate to negotiate the highest price and best possible terms with any prospective buyer and bring about a meeting of the minds between all parties.

Represent on your behalf the terms of any offer and acceptance to legal counsel in preparation of the contract of sale. Manage the preparation and accuracy of all documents required for the Board packet, in order to obtain timely approval by the building’s Board of Directors. Monitor all ongoing events to ensure a timely closing of the transaction and transfer of ownership.

The New York Times Real Estate advertising section is the first place buyer’s look when purchasing or renting apartments in New York City. We advertise there regularly. By mixing the types of ad placements, we maximize the number of buyers and renters who learn about your property.

We will advertise your apartment on the One realty’s website, which links to The New York Times website and other major real estate search sites. We will take photos of your apartment that will show it favorably. These will be prominently displayed along with other critical information

Showing Strategy
